I recently came across them. We need to make a decision regarding store #3. I was considering just rolling out Point of Success but these guys are integrated into our online ordering system already. I have some problems with Point.. mainly dropped digits on our caller ID here overseas.
Anyone have any experience with them? Don't want to walk into a huge learning curve if there is good reason not to.
